Returns

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery for items that are unused and in their original packaging. To initiate a return, please contact us at contact@babyala.com with your order number and reason for the return.

Refunds

If your return is approved, we will process a refund to your original payment method. Please note that we do not refund shipping fees, and you will be responsible for the cost of return shipping.

Exchanges

We do not offer exchanges at this time. If you would like to exchange an item, please return the original item and place a new order.

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us at contact@babyala.com within 7 days of delivery with your order number and a photo of the item. We will review the issue and, if approved, provide a refund or replacement.

Cancellations

If you would like to cancel an order, please contact us at contact@babyala.com as soon as possible. If your order has not yet been shipped, we will cancel the order and issue a refund to your original payment method. If your order has already been shipped, you will need to initiate a return once you receive the item.
